Conference fees
Registration and payment of fees are required for attending the conference events. There are separate fees for participation, publication and the conference dinner:

- For papers, expert articles and posters to be included in the conference programme and appear in the conference publications, at least one person must be registered by the early registration deadline (before February 2, 2026) and attend the conference to present the contribution. For these presenters the conference fees ‘participation’ and ‘publication’ apply. If any co-authors of the publication want to attend, the conference fee ’participation’ applies, when registering took place before February 2, 2026.
- Attendees must always wear their name badge at the conference and during the social events, as it is the official entrance pass to the sessions.
- To register as a student, you must be at least 18 years old and present proof of full-time enrolment at a recognized university or college at both the time of registration and during SEED Conference 2026.

Registration form
Please complete the registration form to register. Once you have registered using the form, you will receive a confirmation by email containing a payment link. Your registration is final only when we have received your payment.
Conference registration/payment includes:
- Access to the main conference programme of the SEED Conference 2026: keynote speeches, Oral Sessions, Workshop Sessions, Poster Sessions, SEED Awards Ceremony
- Access to the exhibition: exhibition area & networking area
- Access to the social event: closing reception
- Conference materials: programme (online/on paper) & conference proceedings (downloadable after the conference)
- Refreshments: coffee breaks & lunch breaks
- Networking opportunities: social gatherings during coffee breaks and lunches (exhibition area) & closing reception
- The conference dinner is not included in the participation fee. You will find the option to attend the conference dinner on the registration form.
- The conference fees do not include hotel accommodation. You are kindly asked to take care of your accommodation by yourself. We encourage you to book a hotel near Utrecht central station right after your registration, as hotels fill up quickly! Further information is available under Venue & Accommodation.
Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy states that no refunds will be issued. If you are unable to attend, you may send a colleague in your place. Please report any name changes at the SEED Conference 2026 registration desk.
Film and photography
Photo, video and/or audio recordings will be made during this conference. By participating in this event, you agree to any publication of these images for educational or promotional purposes, publication on the Internet and the social media channels of the University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
Your information
Your data will only be shared with the organizing committee for the sole purpose of attending this event. You will only receive the necessary emails with information about this event. Details which have been collected during this process, will be deleted after the event.
